Explicit Consent Notice

This notice describes the processing that relies only on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of Turkish Law No. 6698 (and, where applicable, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Processing needed to provide the service (sharing your location with your circle, chat, subscriptions) relies on the contract, not on consent; it is described in the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy.

If we add new consent-based processing later, it will be listed here and your consent will be asked separately.
2. Consent is not a condition of service
Giving this consent is optional; consent is not a condition of using the service, and without it you can use every feature of the app in the same way. The consent screen presents accept and decline equally; measurement stays off unless you consent.
3. International transfer
Usage measurement may be processed on Google systems outside Türkiye, including in the US. This transfer relies on the appropriate safeguards in Article 9 of the Law; if legal review finds that an occasional transfer also needs explicit consent, a separate approval line will be added to this notice.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw consent at any time in the app's privacy settings or by writing to privacy@bubiapps.com. Measurement stops immediately when you withdraw; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
5. Statement
"I have read the Explicit Consent Notice. I freely consent to the processing of my personal data for app usage measurement and to its transfer abroad as described above."
